okay i really want to start and finish this quest... and in the tip.it guide it states that i need lvl 40 range, now to start this quest i dont need any range lvl, however upon reading the guide i need ice arrows, so heres my question.

 

 

 

1) is it possible to finish this quest without lvl 40 range

 

 

 

2)if no, is it lvl 40 that i really need.

 

 

 

countless ppl havce told me yes i need lvl 40 but then again countless ppl have told me no i dont.. so id like to settle this

You do need 40 as ice arrows can only be wielded in yew or magic bows. Assuming that you don't have 40 range, have fun leveling it!
