I know, they just tick me off. Even though I have reported like 40 of them and I've gotten 35 messages saying that they have been banned. I would just kill the 5 that didn't get banned. Then when they come back again, I kill them again. Like castle wars when the noobs come to try to kill you, you kill them but they keep comming back for more.
