September 5, 200619 yr How about varrock east bank? There's a fountain 1 click away. Remeber to use buckets/jugs to collect the water. Falador West bank is maybe even closer, but the water pump is very small and you have to click accurately. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...

September 5, 200619 yr Falador West bank is even closer. There's a water pump (not as obvious as fountain) right next to the barber shop. :) (Just edited. I made a mistake just now.) I am back.
