September 7, 200619 yr It does but it's wayyy slower than ingame. they said on kb that it's for the reason they want to keep it really hard and to avoid ppl from just standing there and waiting for stats to restore. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both.
