Anyway - if you die in it do you lose all your stuff? And do you end up in fally/lumby?

No, you respawn with all your items at the entrace :thumbsup:

Just as a sidenote, Runescape has all that sort of information in it's manual.

 

 

 

Back to your question, no you won't lose anything and will not be teleported to your spawn spot. It's a safe minigame like Pest Control.
