Need Help Lock-picking Doors!!!!

I've been trying to lock-pick the door of the house north of Ardougne Church & i activated the trap. How do i deactivate the trap & open the door? Please help. Also, how do you deactivate the traps on chests? Thank you for your help!!!

The chests are the easy part. Right click on the chests and choose 'SearchChest' or Search-traps Chest' (not sure which it is.). That'll make it so you don't get hit on those.

 

 

 

Now the door, are you talking about the second house south of the bank in the western part of east ardougne? If you are, I think you need a lockpick for that. I've personally never tried opening it with a lockpick, so I'm not completely sure on that one.

Yes, that's the house i'm talking about & i did have a lockpick in my inventory when I tried to open the door. All i did was activate the traps.

Then I think you're not supposed to be able to go into that house. Sorry.

I was able to get into that house, but it took me forever to pick

 

lock that door. I never used a picklock at the time either. It just

 

takes many trys and take food with you. To say the least it is very

 

frustrating :wall:

As far as i know you dont disarm the trap you just keep getting hurt till you are able to open it.
