For F2P, I always liked doing the 2 Lesser Demons on Crandor Island.

 

 

 

Don't forget to "pull" them with a Curse spell first.

 

That way, getting your arrows back is super easy.

I have heard good things about Fire Giants

 

 

 

However if you have 65 Slayer then Range Dusties, good XP and there is a chance of a Dragon Chain and other good drops (Rune Arrows, Runes etc)
