That sounds almost too easy, how could he be melee-ed that way then?? He IS an agressive one, from what I've heard, right? September 14, 200619 yr Your on platform that has gantries leading off it, just run across the gantry to the outer ring and range him from there with protect from magic on. I'd didn't even need a prayer pot at level 50 range and prayer when I killed him.
September 14, 200619 yr I just ranged him from the spot where I tele'd in. He just stood his ground and maged me, he never closed the distance to melee. Easy as pie, I used 13 rune arrows and 24 prayer points (no pots) at 70 range.
September 14, 200619 yr That was the most easy part of the quest. I just used 150ish Fire BOLTS and used about 1 prayer poition, but id take more just in case. He never melee'd me, he just used a what looked like 'wave' spells.
September 14, 200619 yr easy to keep away from him... but he is yes, agressive and keep sending magic spells on you, so after what i have heard, there are not any safespots where you can't be hit with magic (*couch* prayer *couch*)
