I've noticed a lot of people use these, especially at Barrows as it only uses 1 invent space. I've never used them before and I've got a few questions. I know they use the Construction skill and mine is hopelessly low, so is it possible to do it at someone elses house.

2. yes, it's a one-click-teleport

I'm on Ancients spellbook, can I make Tele-Tablets from the Modern Mage spellbook without switching at the pyramid?

yeah you can, i do it so i dont have to switch back to tele
