Tele-Tablets

I've noticed a lot of people use these, especially at Barrows as it only uses 1 invent space. I've never used them before and I've got a few questions. I know they use the Construction skill and mine is hopelessly low, so is it possible to do it at someone elses house.

 

 

 

1) What do you need to make tele tablets and how are they made?

 

2) Is it an instant teleport?

 

3) Can they be made at another players house?

 

4) Are they tradable?

1. soft clay, runes for the specific teleport

 

2. yes, it's a one-click-teleport

 

3. yes, i believe so. not 100% sure

 

4. yes

I'm on Ancients spellbook, can I make Tele-Tablets from the Modern Mage spellbook without switching at the pyramid?

yeah you can, i do it so i dont have to switch back to tele
