Questions about barrows setup...

Pictured above are my stats.I'm going to be starting barrows soon,using chaos gauntlets and fire bolt(until 55 slayer).

 

 

 

Here is my current setup,(sorry,no pics)some of the stuff has options and thats what I'm hoping you can help me with.

 

 

 

Equipped:

 

Helmet:Mystic or Farseer Helm

 

Amulet:Glory or Unholy Symbol(also,can you buy this without doing the quest?)

 

Torso:Monk robes,initiate pl8,or Mystic?

 

Legs:Monk robes,initiate legs,or Mystic?

 

Cape:Guthix Cape

 

Shield:Guthix Book(zammy someday)

 

Weapon:Fire staff

 

Ring:Ring of Life

 

Arrows:Rune

 

 

 

Inventory:

 

6 four-dose Praypots(for first run atleast,how many should I bring with 46 prayer?)

 

Spade

 

Lumby tele tablet + ectophial(the way i'm getting back)

 

Air and chaos runes

 

Rune plate and legs,should I also bring kite?

 

Mage bow

 

Red d'hide legs and top

 

The rest is lobbies.

As you can see I have a lot of questions,but please try to answer as many as you can.I was also wondering if I should be able to not pray against any brothers and what a good strategy could be for that.
