September 17, 200619 yr you would smelt with crafting gloves... mining iron in the goblin mines is prolly best mining exp. smithing steel bars into cannonballs is prolly best/cheapest smithing.

September 17, 200619 yr mining iron's the fastest. if money isnt a problem to ya, just buy addy bars and smith in plates, then sell or high-alch.
