d3nic
Hello people. When I'm playing RuneScape and listening to music, the music I'm listening to will keep skipping, and jumping, and it's very hard to understand it. (This happens to ALL my music by the way, not just one track.) It seems as if the CPU and music can't keep up with each other. Here are my system specs. Intel Pentium 4 - 3.0GHz 2GIG Ram Thanks in advance. - Denic.
Stephen9o3
Sometimes when I'm loading a new (large) page or something of the sort, my music will do that, It'll like repeat the same two seconds of the song like five times. It's just lag for me, but with specs like that, Runescape shouldn't lag your music like that. What do you use to play your music? I use Windows Media Player (just because i like being able to see ALL my music at once with all the extra information aswell). I'm not sure, but maybe a difference player might make a difference. d3nic
Oh! :o I've just tried Windows Media Player again, and it's playing perfectly! I think it's iTunes that doesn't like my on board sound or something. Thanks for the info.
Stuart_G
Happens to me sometimes when im under extreme lag, not so much on my new computer, but on my crappy 2.4GHz Northwood P4, it would happen quite often. So there is probably nothing wrong with your computer, its just its lagging and it cant keep up with every thing which results in a few seconds of looped music.
