Only problem with it is it is not free and very expencive (well it was when I last looked). I am pretty sure you can download a 30 day trial of it from the Adobe website.

If u think u might have a keylogger i surgest going to http://us.mcafee.com and useing there free scanner. it is locater in the bottom left of the page.

Make sure all software is installed and leave the disk(that came with it) in the drive incase when u pkug the player into the cord it needs to install a driver. If it is a USB divice then when all drivers are installed correctly and the player is pluged in you should be able to go to My computer and it shoulb be a removeable drive. If it is open it and then open another "my computer or Windows explorer and find where u music files are stored then click and drag your music files into the Removable Drive (MP3 Player).
