Could Rune tips increase the 30k limit to 45k so that I can use a signature that I have been wanting to use for a while.

They won't raise the limit just for you. Just post the sig in the Gallery and we can resize it for you. If you want, you can just PM the thing to me. It only takes about 20 seconds for me to change the filesize.

I added the text and I also added a border to make it more "sig-like". I couldn't do any type of good text because of the type of image you gave me. Anyway, I hope you like it.

Huh, It is not letting me put it in my signature because it is 42k. Is this because I have 3 images in my sig?

Yes.... it's a TOTAL of 30kb for the signature.
