September 22, 200619 yr World 16 is 2.5k gp and 25 noted regular ess per 25 unnoted ess. If you cannot afford that much, some people will run for 2k gp and 25 noted ess per 25 unnoted ess. You are losing money until 66 rc with 2.5k + ess.
