I say this cuz i dont got too much money, i want this skills in 50 spending the less money i can

anything with oak planks is good for construction, but once you can make the second fireplace, use limestone and continue to make those, they are the cheapest way. But cutting oak and making planks is the fastest, cheap, way of leveling. To level herblore, just go to the chaos druids in the wild under edgeville. youll get lots of herbs there. and normally no one pk's anyone there, because its easy to run and its like lvl 3 wild.

Limestone you can get for free. There's a mine east of varrock/west of canafis. Mine a rock, then use a chisel on the stone you get. It's a bit of a walk to a bank, I'd try brining some Varrock Tele runes, but that would cut how much you can carry per inventory down to 25 unless you had a Tele Tab.
