all they do is give a better magic bonus. they do not give u an infinite amount of any runes. like staffs.

for the few situation where you cant bring staffs or prefer to use runes, you just can beat highest mage bonus in game.

The bonus doesn't really help, as you slow down your casting speed (you can't autocast), so you end up doing less damage anyway.

 

 

 

Full inf is 8M+, and its stats aren't as good as full Ahrim (1.5M). Although the boots are worth getting.

 

 

 

I, personally, will be getting a mage book for use in dueling.
