That's what's on the tip.it site.. It once worked! But not anymore! I finished the christmas qeust, once had the hats, lost them, tetrieved them.. But I got none now, i wanted to get one so I went to draynor.. But the guy won't give me. He's only talking about Spinning Plates.. Any suggestions?

Just wait for Jagex to fix the problem. There are already several threads regarding this bug on the General forum.
