September 27, 200619 yr pest control is the cheapest way. or buy an earth staff and some bodies and waters and use curse. thats how i did it. Edit:if you have one id say just use the highest strike you can until 19 then use curse to 40. My carbon footprint is bigger than yours...and you know what they say about big feet. If not, go to the tip it calculator and put in the stats, see hw many you need for 40, then figure out how much it costs to buy the runes for the levels. EDIT: It takes 530 wind strikes to get to 19 (for curse). I dunno rune prices, sorry. Then 1147 curses to lvl 40 Just plug in the needed runes, multiply, there ya go.

September 27, 200619 yr Ok.. and umm dont i need to wear armour or sumthing wen casting curse? Yes. Wear full helm, chest plate, leggs, and kite shield of any metal to a -65 magic attack stat. You could also wear stronghold boots for a little extra - magic attack. If you use an earth staff to cast then you might not fail. So, in that case either wear green dragonhide vambraces or cast on the red monk in the cage under the Varrock stairs. He is said to recover quickly from Curses or cast on monsters in a multicombat zone that other players are killing. To get the water runes... Either runecraft them yourself or buy them in Port Sarim or Varrock and world hop to get good prices. Hope this helps
