How do you make pixel sigs with flashing text? :ohnoes:

It always amazes me how many people actualy ask how to make a pixel signature.

You'll need a program that can make Gif's. In that program simply have two slides, one being the text and then one being the same text with a glow-ish border around it. In the program you should be able to create Tweens so it makes the text start with no glow to full glow. Also you can control the duration of each slide (i.e. .1 seconds, .2 seconds, 5 seconds, etc.).
