October 1, 200619 yr If you've done the watchtower quest you can hally the greater in there. Also, there are a few hally spots in the brimhaven dungeon if you're willing to be patient until the wild dogs get bored with you. Z0mg look im so kool even mods tok to me.

October 2, 200619 yr nope, you will be safe near the fence. Just run to get there and if afraid for the blue dragon you have to pass, take your antifireshield.
