i heard its something where you take a full load of ess and swap with runecrafters at rune altars for noted ones. something like that, and you get paid for it?

 

im confused. someone told me to run for airs in world 45, but the air altar was completely bare. I really need airs as i only have 200 and something.

 

 

 

 

 

P.S i need em for lost city- im lvl 57, do u think id be able to complete the quest without dying? im lvl 41 mage and 19 ranged, 47 att, 48 str and def.

world 16 is air running, and yes you can do the quest.

I think 91 is nats.
