I picked up a torag helm0 and it wont let me equip it. Is it damage or something?

Barrow Armor with a 0 suffix is considered broken and cannot be wielded. You'll have to talk to someone who can repair it and pay them approximately 80k to make it 100 and be able to wear it.

 

 

 

Also, when Barrow Items are dropped, they are automatically counted as fully damaged (0) so that people cannot drop them and come back to them later, without the risk of losing them.

If you have a friend with good con or check if Tip.Iters have their house open, thats great because you can use their armour stand to repair the armour at a cheaper cost than an NPC. Its based off you smithing lvl, lvl 50 Smithing will provide a 25% discount on repair costs.
