Ok for one dont beg, for two raise your RC lvl and make earths, waters, and bobies. Then cast "Curse" on wearing full helm and armor (any type) so you'll fail and get to use the spell repeatally. Thus more exp without stoping.

mine essence, craft it into air and mind runes, buy a fire staff with that 2k of yours and start casting fire strike on the lesser demon on the uppest floor of wizards tower. for ranging, you could pick up the arrows in wilderness, near the bears north from the steel mine. from lvl 1-20 i'd suggest goblins in the goblin hut in lumbridge, from 20-30 goblins at goblin village, from 30-70 fortress guards at black knights fortress and from 70 to 99 kill lessers at karamja.

If you can survive getting into the stronghold Ankou safespot, Fire strikes by the K work well, best to land a curse first, for better hit.

 

 

 

While the caged lesser MIGHT drop a rune med (you DID bring telegrab runes, right?), A session with the Ankou should bring in some some laws.

 

 

 

If you want arrows for ranged, then strike the Minotaurs on level 1, for copious iron arrow drops, the zombies on level 2 (steel).

 

 

 

Catablepons on level 3 drop mithril arrows, but not at any great rate, while the Ankous on level 4 can drop Addy arrows (rare drop compared to law runes).

 

 

 

With the slow damage rate of strikes, safespotting is essential, or the Catablepons or Ankou will take you to pieces in no time, hitting 6's or 8's
