Where is the best place to train a pker wit about 20 attack, 1 def, 50 str....im f2p and i dont wanna waste so much food....and im trying to get to 60 str (just trying to take it slowly)

cows or chickens you dont need anyfood and you can make money out of them. Collect the feathers and cow hides and you should be on your way to lvl 60 strengh. :)
