So, whips are not overated, they are very good weapons, fast, high hits and look cool. And for that last catagory, i'm level 89 i have blue mask, zammy plate body and skirt, fury, i own full guthans and i have a few money orientating skills. So, i don't think i fall into that catagory, and by the way whips are awesome :^o
