How do i make my signiture wiht a cool image or avatar?

Firstly, make or tax the image that you want, if it's for your avatar, just make sure it's small enough, then go to your profile, click browse, and put the image on. If it's for a signature, make sure it's the right size, go to some site, such as http://www.imgspot.com, upload it, and copy and paste the 'image in BBcode' into your sig.

 

Ps. Max sizes for images are written in the part where you edit your profile.
