Just go there, kill the first guy, then when the second guy comes, run up northwest, hide behind the torch. When you're ready, go out from the torch for one or two hits, go back behind torch, recover, repeat.

you need to have protect from melee prayer on at all times. Take about 10 prayer pots as your prayer drains fast. I maged him with earth wave, which finished him off pretty quickly. The most important thing is to keep an eye on your prayer level. If you let him hit you you are in for some serious pain. If you have any prayer boosting gear like prayer books, initiate/proselyte, then you might want to wear that too, just as long as you keep your magic bonus positive. Have auto retaliate off just incase you start attacking the skeletons and focus your efforst on damis.
