does anyone know how to make a picture smaller in kb size?

OR how to make this pic smaller? [80x80]

 

 

 

 

OR to get the white stuff out of this picture, so it only shows the colorado logo, the grey circle around it, and the shadow?

If in photoshop go to file (i think) and click "save for web" This will bring up a page and you can edit the amount that you want to save it for...

 

 

 

If not in PS then i would just try and make em smaller in size

somehow, i dont think he made either of those...
