Do I fill my inv with half food, half waterskins? Then just camp in desert camp with a god cape on? Someone please explain to me exactly how it works. I don't want to be caught dying of thirst in the desert.

u dont need waterskins. depending on ur stats you wont even need food =\ 70def with full torag should be good. telly runes ring of life and full invent of sharks would be good.

But won't you start dying of thirst?

They're also in buildings, so you're protected from dying of thirst.
