I've been wanting to get them after I finish Legends, my question is, can I get them with the Ring of Visibility and Ghostspeak Ammy, or do I need to finish dt?

You do need to complete DT. Have those two items and have fun going into the wild 8-)

i haven't completed dt and i have ghostly robes, you just need ring of visibility...

I just went with what they said in the guide. I completed all of DT before I got my robes.

You just need to get the ring, i havent finished it and i have the robes
