Do i have to complete the rc quest to make runes... i mean... im not going to mine the ess.. but can i visit an altar if i havnt done the quest..

 

 

 

i have got an air talisman.. so can i go to the air altar without having completing the quest? - i bought all my ess

As far as I know, you cannot go into an altar without first completing Rune Mysteries. I never tried it, but I think you can't. I do know you can go in any altar after you complete RM, regardless of RC lvl.

No as your character does not actually know that you can craft runes yet,

 

So doesn't have the information to make them

 

 

 

During the quest you find out that you can make runes, before this the people of rs didn't know that they could
