How do i obtain obby shield?

There are several ways to get one:

 

1. Buy from another player. Last time i checked they were 500k, maybe someone can confirm the current price :-k

 

2. Buy it from the Tzhaar City shop with Tokkul

 

3. It is an uncommon drop from the lvl 100+ Tzhaar gaurds walking around the city

i have seen things like buying obby cape, is obby a set? how can i get the other pieces? from guards too?

Obby 'set' means both items (cape and shield). Yes, the guards drop them. Not both at once though.

An Obby Set is an Obby Shield and a Cape being sold together. I'm not sure on prices for the Cape or the Set, but the Cape can also be bought in the shop or dropped by Gaurds.
