October 15, 200619 yr Yeah, people are getting cunning these days. This summer I read about the chinese mafia smuggling cellphones by modifying sewer pipes and washing down tons of them down a toilet. They made good profit before getting caught. No, Latvia doesn't have laws against vodka. But like any other country they have extra taxes for importing large amounts of alcohol, and if you want to turn a good profit, you most likely don't want to pay it...
