Well i heard that theres a time when masks go down by a few mill then go back up. Does anybody know when they go down?

i don't see them droping anytime soon. they tend to rise alot during october. they might drop down a bit during jan-feb imo

I don't know about that. If the new capes look really, really cool and/or have really good stats, there will be a big push to get 99 skills. The more money one spends, the quicker it is to level skills.

But what is the easiest skill to have 99?

 

 

 

Probably fletch and cook. These are non cash burners.

 

Biggest cash burners are prayer construc and smithing in my opinion.

 

But so slow or boring to level that I am not sure people will want those to show they have a 99 skill
