October 16, 200619 yr Teleport tablets are made with a lectern in a Player owned House. The Eagle Mahogany lectern can make all the teleport spell tablets, even a tele to house one. You make them by taking soft clay and the runes for the spell to the lectern, reading it, then clicking on the spell you want to bind. Tablets are stackable, once click teleports that can be used even by people without the magic level to cast that teleport spell. Of course you need the level to make the tablet. House teletabs are very useful for Barrows, as you can teleport to your house, recharge at your player built altar, and use yor portal room to get back to canafis.
