My range level is 36. Im wondering where is the best place to train. A place where there is cover and easy to kill monsters.

 

 

 

My magic level is 55 what spell should i use to train them to level 75 and where?

Try flesh crawlers in SoS for range. There's hiding spots in one place at least. For mage, alch, or if you want to use combat but want to also have it cheap-ish, use the basic combat spells.
