If it's your lowest skill, play Tears of Guthix. Not a single gold piece wasted.

Cheapest way, but takes much longer is to use limestone bricks and make fireplaces over and over again, the best way ballanced between money and time is to make oak larders in the kitching, usuing the chef to bring you 16 oak planks from the bank. You dont need a better assistant, you would just be wasting money on them if you did.
