I know that SS has built-in screenshot-taking, but I don't know about other RuneScape clients. Or you could get non-RS-related programs, like Camtasia, but most of the good ones cost money.

Uploads to PhotoBucket also work, though this approach needs a little work if you want to have (or dodge) thumbnails...
