ms paint is best imo, gg also works, pretty much all other programs im firmiliar with suck...

graphicsgale, get it from somewhere off google rofl.. i only used it for like a month, basicly its a mixture of photoshop and paint, but not spacificly best for making pixels... i really just perfer ms paint, and look at my sig to see what i can make o.o

Isnt the line work really hard, and I guess shading is a skill.

its all hard... thats why when you could sell sigs, they went for huge prices...
