On God spell, we have to cast at least 100 times in the arena, to be able to cast it outside... My question it that "Does missing count"?????? Like I used it over 100 times. and I missed 30... is the "30 missing hits" count??

Missing does count. You could cast 60 hits and 40 misses for permission to use the spell.
