Ok i used Dream light photo editor -You cant do anything flash on it.

 

 

 

Oh and if anyone has any progams i could Download it would be very useful.

Err... From those images... They have no sense of depth really. It just truly likes you applied some filter(s) to them. Not even signatures really...

 

 

 

Seriously, if you plan to get any better, get Photoshop. If not, just get Paint.NET
