Basicly whats happened is on the 2/nov/2006, i tried to log in, and i find my account is locked, because it is suspected stolen :x

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have tried to recover my account over 8 times allready, and still no use :pray:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This has happened to me in the pass on another char, and it took me 6 months to convince Jagex that i am the rightfull owner #-o

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have all details (transaction ids, agreement numbers, recovery questions..etc) but the only thing that is missing is my first password, i made this char 2 yrs ago, i cant remember the first one! but i do remember some other old passwords :(

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please has any body got any advice, i dont want to wait 6 months again to get this char, i worked really hard to make it what it is today (99 mage, 80 def, 83 hits, 38m..etc!) PLEASE!!! :ohnoes:

They WILL give you you're account back if you are just missing the first password. Having a few agreement numbers is a massive bonus as it proves you are the correct owner(having one could look like a hacker has put membership on so provide a few).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trust me on this....If they don't give it back someone in customer service is doing a bad job.
