Legend_dragoon Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 Thanks for reading my topic, Basicly whats happened is on the 2/nov/2006, i tried to log in, and i find my account is locked, because it is suspected stolen :x I have tried to recover my account over 8 times allready, and still no use :pray: This has happened to me in the pass on another char, and it took me 6 months to convince Jagex that i am the rightfull owner #-o I have all details (transaction ids, agreement numbers, recovery questions..etc) but the only thing that is missing is my first password, i made this char 2 yrs ago, i cant remember the first one! but i do remember some other old passwords :( Please has any body got any advice, i dont want to wait 6 months again to get this char, i worked really hard to make it what it is today (99 mage, 80 def, 83 hits, 38m..etc!) woody11442 Posted November 6, 2006 Share Posted November 6, 2006 If you provide Jagex with ALL of you're details: tran ID's Passwords Recovery's Contact details They WILL give you you're account back if you are just missing the first password. Having a few agreement numbers is a massive bonus as it proves you are the correct owner(having one could look like a hacker has put membership on so provide a few).
