For the last few weeks, there would occasionally be a blue dot on my minimap. This dot was once a person on my friends list, and another time was a stranger who I had never met. oreocookie987 Posted November 6, 2006 Share Posted November 6, 2006 If you are wearing a Wilderness Cape, and another person is wearing the same Wilderness Cape, then they will appear blue on your minimap. If you aren't wearing a Wilderness Cape at the time this is happening, then I don't know why.
