I've been doing Mourning's End Part 2 for a while and now I just have to bring the items needed to the Dwarf. But after getting the list I saw a weird thing on it: A battered book.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I recall (and checked on a few sites), the battered book is obtained from the book shelves near seers bank (south-west of the bank) to get a battered key by using a knife on it (I get a slashed book because I've done the elemental workshop pt 1). I just can't seem to find a battered book anymore anywhere... Anyone got any suggestions?

I think you have to drop the key in order to get the book.

I recently gave the dwarf teh slashed book to end me2 and he accepts it as teh battered book ( battered book was on my list too)

The slashed book is the same as the battered book. I used it to complete M.E 2 as well.
