unknownmasterofnothing
I was thinking of buying a good laptop to play pc games, but then I thought that a tablet pc might be good for sketching and doing artwork as well. I found a few that are around a thousand dollars. But They all look the same. I have no idea which one is better, since I have no experience buying a computer. I was thinking maybe a toshiba tablet pc or a gateway.

zonda
from my experience and imo, gaming on a laptop stinks for multiple reasons... Other than that I really can't add anything the topic. ...

Kinslayer777
Aye but for the same price a desktop would be wayyy better and have longer life (upgradeability)
Exarch
I own a Gateway tablet notebook. I haven't used the pen in months because I have been too busy with college, but I can tell you it isn't worth getting if your main intention is art. It's a better idea to get a wacom tablet; the Gateway one isn't cut out for artwork (it's not even pressure sensitive). I do believe Toshiba tablets use wacom digitizers, but they are much more expensive.
