recently wrongly banned and reading the runescape knowladge base it said that you can get people to submit evidence. NOT a ban appeal for you just send in a comment or evidence that will help prove my innocence.

Umm...that doesn't say other people can send in evidence for your account it actually says that they wouldn't accept evidence about an account from anyone but the actual owner.

I don't think you understand what they are saying, the question was "My friend is banned, can you unban them?" in the answer when they say your friend they are talking about the guy that is banned, they aren't saying the banned guy's friends can send in evidence. I don't know if that makes it any clearer to you, but the point is friends can't send in evidence for you. BTW, evidence is sent in as a part of the ban appeal.
