illidan_98
Hey I hit 87 magic recently, and was thinking of other ways of quick magic experiance without blowing too much. My current ways of leveling are: - Pest Control - Enchanting Arena - Barrowing (more or less for fun) I don't do alching lol  just cant take it, alched a total of 5k from 64 magic to 87 rofl. Any suggestions on how to level guys? CharlieBrown
there really isn't to many other options for "fast" xp without "blowing" to much :P i sugest you make deaths, minds, airs, hell anything you like, then use them to get magic up the runecrafting acts like a break in between mage lvls so its not so tiredsome Main Account - Max cape achieved 10th September 2011 Noob Account - 2300 total and climbing
Gugge
At level 87 magic you can use the magic training arena and enchant level 6 jevellery - if you have a lava staff you only need one cosmic rune per spell, and I think that is by far the cheapest for you. Gets boring in the long run though. Pest control is a lot more fun. You can either go as ancient mage and only use magic to fight. That is pretty expensive! :) An alternative is to go as a melee fighter, with runes for multitarget spells in your backpack. Fight melee until you have lots of monsters around you, then throw a bunch of multitarget spells: lots of monsters to hit means much exp per cast. Then use your pest points for magic exp. Barrowing - using the slayer dart. That costs nothing, as you will get the runes needed as reward from the chest. In fact you will get more runes than you use. There are good guides in the archieve of wisdom. Personally I suggest doing a little of each to get variation. Do barrows before you do pest control to get some runes. Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)

Yep, you have just summed up my usual mage training regime except that i just use crystal bows for ranged and hp xp at PC. Barrowing is put off a bit now since i have just sold nearly all my equipment to buy a Disk :D Thx so far, keep the ideas flowing through  Fire cape - 10th attempt - 28/10/0694 Magic Achieved December 26th 2006|99 Magic Achieved January 20th 2007Jack and Jill went up the hill
