its Shilo Village, ive checked every bookcase there with the clue in my inventory, whats wrong

In tip.it's Treasure Trails Guide it says.

 

 

 

This village has a problem with cartloads of the undead. Try checking the bookcase to find an answer.- Shilo Village, search the bookcase in the house on the North side of the river.

Go to shilvo village.

 

 

 

Follow the river west until you get to the western bridge.

 

 

 

Go over bridge (north) and first house to the east, search the bookcases on bottom floor.
